925.73 SERVICE OUTSIDE MUNICIPALITY.

Sewer connections and/or tap-ins, and trunk lines, or any sanitary sewer services shall not be provided, extended or furnished to any person, corporation or any other entity, if the location of the service is beyond the municipal corporation limits. Present users of the municipal water system, located outside of the municipal corporation limit, are exempt from this section.
