(a) The Authority having jurisdiction, or his duly authorized agent, shall have access at all reasonable hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to any premises connected to a Municipal sanitary sewer, to make necessary examinations, readings and repairs.
(b) Authorized Municipal employees bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing of the wastewater in accordance with the provisions of this section. They shall have no authority to inquire into any process beyond that point having a direct bearing on the nature and source of wastewaters and their volumes and points of entry into the Municipal wastewater collection system. they shall observe all safety regulations which are applicable to the premises.
