Any connection to the Municipal sewerage system shall be in strict conformance with this regulation and other applicable regulations and standards of the Municipality.
(a) BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. All building sanitary plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall conform with all applicable building and plumbing code requirements. No person owning or using a water closet, bath, sink or other sanitary fixture shall operate the same in any manner unless the same is properly connected to a Municipal sanitary sewer.
