(a) A sanitary sewer work permit shall be required for all work within the scope of this regulation. The permit requirements shall be the same as are set forth in Section 920.12.
(b) No permits for building construction shall be issued for any lot or lands, for which Municipal sanitary sewer service is required, until a sewer work permit has been issued by the Municipality.
(c) Every person, firm or corporation desiring sanitary sewer service shall first make written application to the Authority having jurisdiction, or his designate, on a blank furnished for that purpose. Such application shall be signed by the owners of such property or their duly authorized agent. The Authority having jurisdiction may require such addition information as is necessary to insure conformance with, or provide for the enforcement of, all applicable Municipal regulations and requirements.
