923.57 USE OF FEES.

All fees collected for present or future connection to the Claridon Road sanitary sewer line shall be used exclusively for reimbursement of the Sewer Operating Fund from which funds were used to pay for construction of the Claridon Road sanitary sewer line in the Claridon Road Sanitary Sewer District No. 1.
