(a) A "tap-in fee" for lots or parcels of record on the date of enactment of this section (permanent parcel numbers 10-003800, 10-020350, 10-082380, 10-084080, 10-087301, 10-162000, 10-005261, 10-003801, 10-036050, and 10-164722) shall be paid on or before June 8, 2003 or on the date of application for any permit required under the Codified Ordinances to connect a structure to the sanitary sewer line, whichever shall first occur.
(b) A "user connection privilege fee" for vacant lots or parcels of record on the date of this ordinance [permanent parcel nos. (Ash) (Jones) (River Oaks)] and for lots or parcels which may hereafter be split from the ten parcels with permanent parcel numbers listed herein or in subsection (a) above comprising the Claridon Road Sanitary Sewer District No. 1 shall be paid within one year from the date that the Minor Subdivision, Major Subdivision, or PUD plat is filed for record in the Office of the Geauga County Recorder or on the date of application for any permit required under the Codified Ordinances to connect a structure to the sanitary sewer line, whichever shall first occur.
(c) The owner of a lot or parcel shall not be required to pay a tap-in fee if a user connection privilege fee has previously been paid for that parcel or lot.
(d) As used in this section, the word "fee" shall mean a "tap-in fee" or "user connection privilege fee."
