923.55 AMOUNT OF FEE.

The amount of the fee shall be two thousand one hundred and thirty-five dollars ($2,135.00) until June 8, 2003. Thereafter, the amount of the fee shall be increased on June 8 of each year by four percent (4%) per annum, compounded annually.
