(a) A fee shall be levied for each user connection (whether direct or indirect) within the Claridon Road Sanitary Sewer District No. 1 in accordance with the following schedule and requirements.
(b) Fee schedule for residential and pre-existing nonconforming uses:
(1) A fee shall be imposed for a single family residence or single tenant building.
(2) A fee shall be imposed for each dwelling unit in a duplex or multiple family dwelling and each tenant space in a multiple tenant building.
