The real property identified by the following permanent parcel numbers shall be the parcels of real property included in the Claridon Road Sanitary Sewer District No. 1, including any parcels which may hereafter be split therefrom, whether approved pursuant to the Codified Ordinances as a Major Subdivision, Minor Subdivision or Planned Unit Development; and/or any of the listed parcels which may hereafter be consolidated: Permanent Parcel Numbers 10-003800, 10-020350, 10-082380, 10-084080, 10-087301, 10-162000, 10-005261, 10-003801, 10-036050 and 10-164722, as identified in the map attached hereto and identified as "Claridon Road Sanitary Sewer District No. 1."
