923.165 CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND TESTING.

All costs associated with the inspection, supervision and testing of any water service improvement or service installation shall be paid by the applicant for sewer service in accordance with the requirements set forth in § 920.18 (Schedule of Fees) of the Public Utilities Code.
