(a) Upon application for a permit for work within the scope of Chapter 925
(Sanitary Sewer Regulations), or an application for sanitary sewer service, the applicant shall deposit a sum set by the Authority having jurisdiction to cover all costs provided for in these regulations, which shall be accrued by the Municipality. Any costs accrued by the Municipality in excess of the deposit shall be paid by the applicant prior to the Municipality granting final approval of the work. Any amount left from such deposit shall be returned within sixty days of the Municipality's final approval of the work.
(b) For the purpose of this section the fees and charges set forth in §§ 923.16
et seq. are cumulative, unless specifically otherwise noted.
