923.01 SCOPE OF REGULATION.

(a) The sanitary sewer service rates and other charges associated with Municipal sanitary sewerage system services shall be as provided for in this chapter.

(b) The terms and conditions under which the Municipality provides sanitary sewerage system service shall be as set forth in this Chapter and Chapter 925 (Sanitary Sewer Regulations) and such Industrial Waste Discharge regulations as may be adopted by Council.
