921.168 TURN-ON CHARGE.

If the Water is turned off to any premises at the request of the owner or possessor for any reason whatsoever not caused by an action of the City of Chardon, Ohio, then the possessor and/or owner shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) prior to the water being turned on again to said premises.
