921.167 CONSTRUCTION WATER SERVICE.

Upon application for a construction water service the applicant shall pay a security deposit for the water meter and shall further pay a flat fee for water usage. The deposit shall be returned to the applicant if the meter is returned in good condition.

(a) The security deposit shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(b) The flat fee for water usage shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
