In addition to the fees set forth herein the applicant for water service shall pay such fees and deposit as may be set forth in Chapter 901 (Street Regulation) for the opening, boring and/or restoration of streets when such work is necessarily associated with any work within the scope of Chapter 927 (Water Regulations).
