The Authority having jurisdiction shall review the Public Utilities Code on an annual basis. Said review shall include, but is not limited to, insuring the continued validity of all regulations; insuring the absence of conflicts within these regulations and in their relationship to other regulations; and the development and proposal of such additional amendments as are deemed necessary and appropriate.
