920.01 SCOPE OF REGULATION.

The planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of Municipal utilities (including, but not limited to, the water supply system, sanitary sewerage system, storm sewer system and any private service, system or other private facility connected thereto) shall be in accordance with these regulations.
