909.10 EMERGENCY TREE REMOVAL.

The City Arborist, or the City Manager if the City Arborist is unavailable, may cause the removal of a tree located upon municipal property, within the public right-of-way or on a tree lawn which, in the opinion of the City Arborist or the City Manager, constitutes an immediate danger to persons lawfully using City property or traveling upon a public sidewalk, street or right-of-way.
