The Municipal Approving Authority may require a bond or other acceptable security of the owner or applicant to guarantee the installation of sidewalks, walking trails, and other pedestrian ways required by, or approved under, any Municipal regulations. Such guarantee shall be in accordance with the requirements for same set forth in Chapter 1151 (General Requirements For Improvements).
