905.32 MUNICIPAL SPECIFICATIONS.
   (a)   Sidewalks proposed to be dedicated to public use shall be in conformance with the Municipal specifications for sidewalks.
 
   (b)   Private sidewalks, and similar improvements, shall be in conformance with Municipal specifications for sidewalks unless otherwise approved by Council.
