Proposed streets shall connect with existing streets of equal or higher order.
(a) When provisions exist upon lands adjacent to a subject. project for the extension of existing streets, or the construction of connecting streets, onto the subject development area, the developer of the subject project shall provide and install all necessary improvements to extend said streets into the subject development area and connect said streets to other existing or proposed streets in a manner approved by the Municipal Approving Authority.
(b) When emergency accessways on adjacent lands have been planned to be extended into the subject development project, the developer of the subject project shall complete the extension of said accessways so as to connect same to a proposed street, or other approved place, in the subject development project. The extension of said accessways shall be in accordance with the requirements of section (Emergency Accessways).
