901.34 INTERSECTION STANDARDS.
   (a)   The intersection of off-street parking lot and loading area driveways with the street shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 1155 (Required Improvements for Parking Lots and Loading Areas).
 
   (b)   Street intersections shall conform to the following:
      (1)   Local street pavements shall intersect at a ninety (90) degree angle for a minimum of fifty (50) feet from the intersection of said pavements. The intersection of higher order streets may require distances greater then 50 ft. based on traffic flow and volume; and shall be subject to approval by the Municipal Engineer and the Approving Authority.
      (2)   Street intersections shall be located so as to cause the least interference with the flow of traffic. The intersection of streets with center line offsets of less than 125 feet shall not be permitted. The intersection of more than two streets at a point shall not be permitted.
      (3)   Property lines at streets intersections shall be rounded with a radius of not less than thirty (30) feet for local to local street intersections; thirty-five (35) feet for intersection with collector streets; and not less than fifty (50) feet for arterial streets.
