The Authority having jurisdiction shall be responsible for maintaining a Municipal Street Classification Map. This map shall contain the classification (by function and hierarchy) and the design average daily traffic (ADT) limits of existing streets within the Corporate limits.
(a) When no classification or design ADT limit is established for an existing street and a new street is proposed which intersects said existing street, then the Authority having jurisdiction, following consultation with the Municipal Engineer, shall classify and establish a design ADT level for the existing street in accordance with the standards set forth in this regulation.

(b) When the Construction Documents for any new street are approved the street shall be delineated upon said map and annotated as to its classification in the street hierarchy (see Section 901.35), its design average daily traffic (ADT) limit (see section 901.42) and such other pertinent information as is deemed necessary and appropriate.

(c) When any street is reclassified, or its design limits are modified, the map shall be amended accordingly within thirty (30) days.
