If it is alleged that any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an Authority having jurisdiction in the enforcement of the Street and sidewalk Area Code is unreasonable or in error of law, then the aggrieved party may appeal said order, requirement, decision or determination in accordance with the provisions and procedures of Chapter 1119 (Appeals) of the Land Planning and Development Regulation.
