(a) The Municipality may consider variances to certain Planning and Design Standards set forth in the regulations of this Code. Variances to other standards, requirements, procedures or regulations contained herein shall not be considered. No variance to, and no modification of requirements to conform with, any of the following standards and/or regulations shall be considered unless specific provisions are otherwise noted in said standard or regulation.
(1) No "Municipal Standard Specification" shall be varied.
(2) No "minimum" planning and design standard shall be varied.
