The Authorities having jurisdiction for regulations herein shall review said regulations on an annual basis. Said review shall include, but is not limited to, insuring the continued validity of all regulations; insuring the absence of conflicts within these regulations and in their relationship to other regulations; and the development and proposal of such additional amendments as are deemed necessary and appropriate.
