900.13 PROJECT SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE; RECORD DRAWINGS.
   (a)   The submittal of proposed work or improvements within the scope of the regulations contained herein shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Land Planning and Development Regulations for the construction project of which they are a part (see Chapter 1145 (Procedure)).
      (1)   When the proposed work is not an integral part of a larger project then the submittal shall be in accordance with the requirements for single building site development (see Lands and Improvements For Public Use; Section 1145.03 Project Classification).
      (2)   Drawings and specifications for the proposed work and/or improvements shall be reviewed by, and shall subject to the approval of, the Municipal Engineer and such other reviewing authorities as may be designated by the Municipal Approving Authority for the subject project. The Municipal Engineer's review and approval shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, planning and design standards, required improvements, accepted engineering practices and standards. Copies of all design calculations shall be submitted for review by, and shall be subject to the approval of, the Municipal Engineer.
 
   (b)   Within sixty (60) days of the completion of construction of improvements the developer shall furnish the Municipality a set of record "as built" drawings of the improvements when so required by the regulations contained herein. Said record drawings shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 1151 (Submittal Content Requirements) and the Municipal Standards For Plan Contents.
