900.006 CONFLICT.
   (a)   When a conflict arises herein between a general requirement and a specific requirement, the specific requirements shall prevail.
 
   (b)   When a conflict arises between a requirement in these regulations and a requirement in another regulation the resolution shall be in accordance with the provisions of Sections 101.06 and 101.07 of the Municipal Administrative Code.
