549.43 MUNICIPAL SPECIFICATIONS.

All blasting operations shall be conducted in accordance with these regulations, the Municipal Standard Specifications for Blasting, industry accepted standards and any other applicable rules, regulations and/or standards of the Municipality, State of Ohio and any Federal requirements.
