(a) Postponement of a blast for good cause, approved by the Planning Commission, shall not require an additional permit provided that the temporary permit shall not have expired before the rescheduled blasting events.
(b) Postponement shall cause re-notification of all parties effected in accordance with the provisions for initial notification set forth in these regulations.
