549.36 INSURANCE PROTECTION.
   Any person, firm or corporation who desires to conduct blasting operations within the corporate limits shall post with the Planning Commission an effective certificate of insurance with an accredited company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the amount of at least three million dollars ($3,000,000) public liability per occurrence and two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) property damage per occurrence which policy shall protect such person, firm or corporation, the Municipality, its inhabitants and the general public from any and all claims, damages, demands arising from the conduct of each blasting operation. Such certificate shall be in effect during all blasting operations and shall be approved in form by the Municipal Law Director.
