(A) No person who operates mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts shall place any food or supplies on the ground, or on a table or any other object not part of the mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts.
(B) No person who operates mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts shall place tables or chairs adjacent to the mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts unless the mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts are located on private property or as part of a permitted special event.
(C) Mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts equipped with any form of mechanical sound equipment shall not exceed the sound levels set forth in village code. No sound shall be allowed while the mobile food vehicles/trucks or pushcarts are stopped.
