(A) Any person found liable/guilty by a preponderance of the evidence of a violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $750.
(B) Each day a violation occurs is considered a separate offense in which the vehicle is subject to seizure and impoundment.
(C) In lieu of division (A) above, violations may be prosecuted via the Village Act process.
