(A) The office of the Village Clerk shall determine whether the applicant is fully qualified to receive a mobile food vehicle/truck or pushcart license.
(B) All licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on December 31 of each year.
(C) A license shall not constitute property, nor shall it be transferable.
(D) No mobile food vehicles/trucks or carts shall operate unless it is covered by a liability policy and any vehicle insurance required by law. The applicant shall furnish a copy of such insurance policy prior to the issuance of a license.
(E) All licenses shall be displayed at all times in a place readily visible to all customers.
(F) The fee required by § 114.02(B) for mobile food vehicles/trucks, or pushcarts is waived for all permitted special events.
