(A) Water distribution facilities, including piping, fittings, hydrants, valves, valve vaults, water services and all other needful appurtenances adequate for fire and domestic needs shall be installed to serve all properties within the subdivision.
(B) Such improvements shall be installed in accordance with the minimum standards and specifications as contained in Appendix G to this chapter, or as approved by the Village Board after recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
(C) At no time shall anyone other than village-authorized personnel operate valves or hydrants.
