§ 153.16 DETERMINING FLOOD PLAIN DESIGNATION.
   The Building and Zoning Officer shall check all new development sites to determine whether they are in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). If they are in a SFHA, he or she shall determine whether they are in a floodway, flood fringe or in a floodplain on which a detailed study has not been conducted which drains more than one square mile.
