(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, in which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be subject to fines of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) A failure to secure a permit or the failure to have proper inspections will subject the applicant to fines not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.
