§ 150.39 PROOF OF INSURANCE.
   (A)   Every person registered as a contractor in the village shall show proof of insurance to the Building and Zoning Officer in the amounts set forth in this section.
   (B)   Bodily injury liability - $300,000.
   (C)   Property damage liability - $100,000.
   (D)   Workman's Compensation - as required by the Industrial Commission of Illinois.
   (E)   Business auto:
      (1)   Bodily injury liability - $300,000.
      (2)   Property damage liability, $50,000.
