§ 150.36 APPLICATION TO BE FILED; CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   (A)   Any person desiring to engage in the business of contractor within the village shall file an application for registration with the Building and Zoning Officer. Upon the applicant filing of such application in proper form and providing all necessary insurance certificates, along with payment of the registration fee set out in § 150.41, the Building and Zoning Officer shall register the applicant as a contractor and classify the applicant into the proper category as outlined in § 150.41.
   (B)   Upon verification of the applicant's application, references, and insurance, the Building and Zoning Officer shall issue a Certificate of Registration which will authorize the applicant to engage in such business for the fiscal year (May 1 to April 31) in which it is issued.
