§ 32.76 ACTIONS AND DECISIONS.
   All actions and decisions of the PZC with regard to the powers enumerated in § 32.74(A) and (B) are final administrative decisions and shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Review Act. All other actions taken by the PZC shall be recommended to the corporate authorities.
