(A) Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day any such violation shall continue.

(B) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 115.40 through 115.42 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense and further may be subject to revocation or suspension of the business license for that establishment as provided by village ordinance. Each separate act which can constitute a violation of §§ 115.40 through 115.42 shall be deemed to be a separate act for the purpose of imposing a fine or penalty under this provision.
