No employee, agent, independent contractor or patron shall appear nude in any business establishment. No employee, agent, independent contractor or patron shall participate in any sexual contact in any business establishment. No employee, agent, independent contractor or patron shall engage in any sexual conduct within any business establishment. It shall be unlawful for any manager ofany business establishment to allow any nudity, sexual conduct or sexual contact to occur within any business establishment.
