§ 131.550/6 CULTIVATION AND POSSESSION OF CANNABIS PLANTS; VIOLATIONS - PUNISHMENT.
   (A)   Cultivation of any form of cannabis is prohibited except as when such cultivation is in compliance with § 10-5(b) of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (see ILCS Ch. 410, Act 705, § 10-5(b)).
   (B)   No person shall possess more than five of the Cannabis plants.
   (C)   Penalties. Any person in violation of division (A) or (B) shall be fined not less than $200.
