§ 115.25 HOURS OF OPERATION; INSPECTION.
   (A)   No sexually oriented business shall be open between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 12:01 p.m.
   (B)   All sexually oriented businesses shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by the village or such other persons as the Village President may designate.
