(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter may be subject to revocation of permit(s) or non-renewal of permit(s), at the discretion of the Police Chief, or designee, and subject to a monetary fine as provided under the general penalty provision § 70.99.
(B) No refund of the permit fee will be granted in the event of a revocation.
(C) Any golf cart or UTV whose permit was revoked, or non-renewed, for violating any portion of this chapter, cannot be permitted or operated on any roadway for a period of one year.
(D) Person(s) who violate provisions of this chapter may have their ability to permit any golf cart or UTV revoked for a minimum of one year.
(E) The village may suspend or revoke a permit granted under this subchapter if there is evidence that the permit holder cannot safely operate the vehicle on designated roadways.
