§ 154.16 MUNICIPAL UTILITY AND STREET EXTENSIONS.
   As a condition of subdivision or site plan approval, village sewer and water utilities shall be extended by the applicant to each adjoining property line unless in the opinion of the Public Works Director such extension will not be necessary to further the availability of the village utilities.
