§ 113.05 RECORD OF ARTICLES PURCHASED.
   Each licensee under this chapter shall keep in such form as the President and Board of Trustees may prescribe, and written in ink or indelible pencil, a daily record in the English language of articles purchased including an accurate description of the name and residence of the person from whom each article was purchased and the name of the employer of such person, if any; also the day and hour of such purchase and the price paid. The records shall at reasonable times, be open the inspection of any police official or the Village President, Chief of Police or other person duly authorized in writing for such purpose by the Chief of Police. No entry in such records shall be changed, erased, obliterated or defaced.
