§ 113.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, and each day that said violation continues shall be construed as a separate violation of this chapter.
