§ 111.53 FASHION SHOWS, SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS, AND SALE OF CLOTHING.

(B) No sexually oriented business shall be permitted. The term SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS shall have the same meaning as the SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS as that term is defined in § 115.01.

(C) No person shall sell or offer for sale or offer as a prize for a raffle any clothing that constitutes male or female undergarments, bathing suits, or lingerie.
