§ 131.600-4 EXCEPTION.

It shall not be a violation of this subchapter if the sale or delivery prohibited by § 131.600-3 is permitted by the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act or Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.
